Audition materials and sign ups for this year's musical "Cinderella" are available starting today. Information about accessing the online site will be posted on the tech room door. All materials for auditions and sign up sheets for audition times will be online. Limited hard copies of acting auditions information will also be available on the tech room door. Acting/singing auditions will be Monday, Dec. 2nd and Wednesday, Dec. 4th, with dance auditions on Tuesday, Dec. 3rd. See you then!

The Mountaineer Volunteers club is running a clothing and shoe drive! The clothing drive is in support of the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, and the shoe drive is to support Mountview PE teacher Ms. LeBlanc who's running the Boston Marathon fundraising for Brigham and Women's Hospital. Collection bins can be found at the main and upper school offices until November 25th. Any gently used clothing or shoes are welcome. We appreciate your donations to children in need and to all those affected by cancer. Thank you for your support!

Any student looking to participate in the Wachusett/Leominster Wrestling cooperative and the Wachusett/Shrewsbury Girls' Ice Hockey cooperative must register online ASAP at

The Save the Animals club is holding a blanket and towel drive for the Sterling Animal Shelter. Bring a blanket or towel to room B109 and you will receive a free Save the Animals bracelet!

The Why Me and Sherry’s House will be hosting a food and cleaning supplies drive at the school next week. A box can be found outside the main office. Please consider donating to these great causes!

Attention all seniors!! The deadline to submit your senior portrait AND senior quote for the yearbook is this Sunday. Check the yearbook google classroom page for more information.

All writers and editors for the Echo - Wachusett's student newspaper - will be meeting after school on Monday at 2:30 p.m. in room C206. New students from all four grades are always welcome to join. 

There will be a HOSA meeting after school on Monday in the school counseling office. New members are always welcome.

Think Globally, Act Locally will meet after school on Monday at 2:20 in E103 to watch the Ted Talk - The Power of Plant-Based Easting and discuss plant-based meat. Don't miss this chance to "meat" up with us! All are welcome! 

Mountaineer Peers will meet after school on Tuesday in room J109 for a fall art project! The meeting will start at 2:15.

There will be a Drama Club meeting after school on Tuesday in the Black Box Theatre, 2:30-3:45. We will be discussing auditions for the Spring Musical, the upcoming Thespian Festival, and more. New members welcome!

There will be a DECA meeting o Tuesday in H103/105 where categories will be selected. All DECA delegates should have their dues paid and their form submitted. Please see Mr. LaBaire in C131 if you have any questions.

Dungeons and Dragons will NOT be meeting on Tuesday, November 19th or Tuesday, November 26th. D&D will be back in action in December!

Anyone interested in trying out for Girls Tennis this spring should attend a pre-season meeting next Thursday at 2:30 in H208. If you have any questions, please contact one of the captains; Grace Penning, Nora Hannigan or Spencer Cruz-Brown. We hope to see you there!

The next Driver Ed session will be December 26th-30th 8:30am to 3:00pm. The parent class will be 6:30pm to 8:30pm on December 19th. Visit  to sign up!
