Reporting Student Absences
All student absences must be verified by a parent or guardian. If a sophomore will be absent, the parent should call 508-829-6771 ext. 5070 and report/verify the student's absence.

Dismissal Policy
Students to be dismissed must bring a note, signed by a parent/guardian, to the main office before 8 a.m. on the day they are to be dismissed.

Food Services Information 
Wachusett Regional School District will be offering free lunch and breakfast (where available) to all students through June 2022. Families do not need to complete the Free & Reduced Meal Application to receive these meals. 

Families that may qualify for free or reduced fees (i.e. athletic fees , PSAT, SAT tests and college application fees) are encouraged to complete the form located on the website to confirm eligibility.

Students wishing to purchase a second breakfast will be charged the regular purchase price of $2.25.

A second lunch will be charged the regular purchase price of  $3.50.

Students bringing lunch from home may purchase milk for .60

Snacks and single items are available for purchase in the cafeteria. Students must have funds available on their account or cash. IOUs are not permitted.

SY 21-22 Early Release Days 
The cafeteria will be providing Grab n' Go bag lunches at dismissal time for students on all scheduled early release days.

Class Dues
Every student is responsible for class dues. Class dues fund some of the graduation expenses, as well as help defray the cost of other senior activities as well as future alumni events. Class dues are $100 for all students present during their senior year. All students, whether participating in senior activities or not, are responsible for dues.

Clubs and Activities
WRHS offers many extracurricular activities for students. Students can find a full listing of clubs, musical groups, and athletic teams on the Clubs and Activities page  under the For Students tab of the WRHS website. If a student wishes to form a new club, the student must download the Application to Form a Club, fill it out and bring it to the main office.
