WRHS Overview

After-School Tutoring Help: Tutoring is available after school Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30 in the Media Center. Students are encouraged to fill out a tutor request form to ensure that we have a tutor available for them. Once students fill out a request form, they will be contacted by a tutor to schedule an appointment. The tutoring request form can be filled out online.

Bus Lineup: Buses are lined up behind and to the side of WRHS to bring students home after school. Parents and students should note their bus number and find that number on the WRHS bus map. Again, students must know their bus number to be able to find their bus after school. All buses depart WRHS 10 minutes after the dismissal bell.

Health Office: WHRS has a complete Health Office staffed by two nurses and an assistant. Procedures on medical care, including the dispensing of student medications, can be found in the Heath Office Policies Letter.

School Lunches: Students may buy a school lunch or they may bring their lunch. Policies and procedures regarding the school lunch program can be found here.

Release of Student Information: The Wachusett Regional School District is required by federal law to release the names and contact information of students to military recruiters and institutions of higher learning. Parents and eligible students have the right to opt out of having a student's name and information released by contacting the District in writing and requesting the information not be released.
